SHIPPING/DISPATCH
UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. All items are made to order and therefore require 1-3 weeks to be dispatched.

Once an item is shown as delivered it is no longer our responsibility. If it is marked as delivered however you cannot locate you must contact your local carrier to resolved the matter. You may open a claim for investigation and we can do the same on our end.
EUROPE DELIVERY
All EU orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. All items are made to order and therefore require 1-3 weeks to be dispatched. Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance as this is not in our control.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD
All International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 6-7 business days. All items are made to order and therefore require 1-3 business days to be dispatched. Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance as this is not in our control.
